📢 Official Announcement: ImageTight is Getting Its Own Home
When we first launched ImageTight, we hosted it at imagetight.tabaix.com — a subdomain of our parent company, Tabaix. It let us move fast and get the product in front of users quickly.
But ImageTight has grown into something much bigger than a side project. It now includes a full Web Dashboard, a WordPress Companion Plugin, a Chrome Extension published on the Chrome Web Store, a Vercel Edge API, and over 40 SEO-optimized guides and blog posts.
It deserves its own home. So we are officially announcing:
🌐 ImageTight is Moving to ImageTight.com
In the near future, imagetight.tabaix.com will permanently redirect to imagetight.com. This is a standard 301 permanent redirect, which means:
- ✅ All your existing bookmarks will continue to work — they will automatically follow the redirect
- ✅ All existing Google Search rankings will be fully transferred to the new domain
- ✅ Your WordPress Plugin API connection will be updated automatically
- ✅ Your Chrome Extension will continue to work without any reinstallation
- ✅ All your account data, compression credits, and billing history is preserved
📅 When is This Happening?
We are targeting the domain migration to happen within the next few months once we have fully acquired and configured imagetight.com. We will publish a second announcement post with the exact date at least 30 days before the migration happens.
If you are a WordPress plugin user, we will send an automatic notification inside your WordPress admin dashboard before the API endpoint changes. No manual action will be required from you.
🔗 What Should You Do Right Now?
Nothing. You do not need to do anything right now. Continue using ImageTight exactly as you are. The migration will be invisible and seamless for all users.
